Our Innovation Workshops are delivered virtually and guide your team through the design and development of the API platform required by your system. We run daily iterations and begin each day by demonstrating the working software created the day before. After that, the team collaborates intensively on evolving the design to implement new requirements or to surface concerns and deficiencies identified in the showcase of the previous iteration and potential remedial approaches.
Typically, we'll release your team by midday, with a few key team members on standby, should we require further input as we model the design during the afternoon. By the end of each day, we'll have deployed the solution to a sandbox environment within our infrastructure, socialized the latest API specification, and be ready for the next day's iteration.
